Big Sky Montana - Things to do in the Winter

So maybe there's more to Big Sky than just its unforgettable setting near Yellowstone Park. Like 400 inches of annual snowfall, 85 miles of named runs and lots of elbow room. Lift lines are basically non-existent here. The skiing and riding is the ultimate experience.

But after the lifts close, you may want to try some other snow-specific activities. If your legs aren't too tired, slow down the pace by exploring the backcountry on snowshoes or nordic skis. Memorable evenings are made at local guest ranches' sleigh rides. Or launch yourself down the slopes on our NEW TUBING PARK.

You can even take a horseback ride or go flyfishing in the winter.

But maybe a soak in the hot tub or a relaxing massage at Solace Spa is what you need. You choose. After all, this is a place all your own.
